Dusk on the Oregon coast

Taken in the 1970's when I was just starting with photography. Some things I would do a bit otherwise now, but I still like the picture. North of Depot Bay, Oregon. The sky used to have more red and orange, but the slide has faded some.Posted by Picasa

Hmm, I can't seem to spot too many imperfections in this shot. I actually like the blur effect on the waters. Makes it look like its moving.

Ali is right. The water looks really good in this photo. Particularly around the rock. It's too bad the colours faded from the sky, but I like the way the sun is peeking out.

What would you change about this one? I think its just fine. Great photo- it makes me wish I was there to see it myself.

K,
I would like the horizon to be level and the mass of water in focus, but keep the length of exposure that shows the movement around the rock.

Thank you. Some days it may be a reassurance that the existence of the world is not individually anthropocentric. Glad you visited and I like your humor.

Lovely photo! Like it how the water goes around the stone and the sun looks out through the clouds.
